I messaged DOC Frost a few months ago about possibly bringing the side racks back. He started a waiting list and when he had enough people, he had another batch produced. I just got mine the other day and can't wait to install them.
Springtail Solutions is back selling to selling the JK side racks!! I just grabbed some and couldn't be happier. They mount solid, the MOLLE is great (just have my tear away First Aid kit in for now, but my recovery kit is MOLLE too and will be on during off-roading). They can take some time put together and get all lined up, because they are adjustable form hardtop to softtop, but it should be much easier when I make the switch. Oh and watch the videos on the Springtail YouTube Channel. The written directions kinda suck, and I found myself referring almost exclusively to the videos. Go grab em!! As of today, they are still on sale at the M-PAC Springtail site! Check the pics!!
The steak turned out a little over cooked, but I should have expected that with trying to smoke/ grill it while rotating tires. The table though- I was able to slice up the steak and partake without issue. I've used it camping down at Uwharrie and had a whole table of things set out and cooking.
