a sprint booster only improves throttle response. Super chips improves throttle response also. You will get no benefit using both. I have been in many disscusons with this topic in FI fourms. Wiith people running sprint boosters along with piggy back ecu's and stand alone ecu's like haltech and F con. No one had any good results. It's one or the other. Most programers for the JK already have improved throttle response in the programing..
one would cancel the other out if you know what I mean it is pointless to run both....

Interesting point of view. Thanks.
RIPP Mods has a completely opposite point of view by the way. They claim that a sprint booster will add to the performance of an ECU programmer (like hypertech or super chips) not take away from it.

With all I have read, I disagree. The Superchips improves throttle response in one way and the Sprintbooster in another. The Sprintbooster acts as an amplifier to the drive by wire system. The Superchips does not. I think benefits can be had from both.

I am running both superchip and sprintbooster

after installing sprintbooster, what i have noticed is that it doesn't provide more power, but when I push like 1/4 accelerator, the JK moves as in full throttle , which leads to no lag in response
and this what makes the driving more fun , but IMO its price is lit bit high

yeah, and Ripp also recommends deicer fluid. For water/meth injection. Lol.

also I would love to see how lean the back two cylinders run with there set up. I even asked in a post to show what there IDC's were on the stock injectors at full boost. And no reply. Like I said in my previous post it is pointless there is not enoght difference to tell. Go to my350z and search you will find tons of posts. Were people had no results. Using the sprint booster along with other engine management systems. Go ahead and buy one but if you already have a programer it's worthless. I could go on about ripp charger cons but with respect to them I will not.

edit: now a sprint booster and there black box will have a affect in a positive way. Only because there box only controls fuel and timing.

I just called superchips... The tech agreeded with me. A sprint booster will show no results with the use of superchips. Because superchip has control over the TBW (throttle by wire).
give them a call if you don't believe me....

this is what I had read too, my friend has them both and he thinks they work well together, by the way he got the superchips about a year before the sprint, and he was thrilled after he installed it.

I would have to agree, the electronic motor can only move so fast and both tunes already optimize throttle response.

If someone would like to loan me one I could 100% verify for benefit of all.
