Cause you bought a BDS suspension, the squeaks are free, enjoy!

It may not be related to your lift, I had the Flashpaq thing on my Jeep set to "crawl" mode and "87 octane" mode and both squeaked at a lower rpm (not speed dependent in my case)

Using the MPG setting I do not encounter the "squeaking"

Seriously though, a little more info would be good. Speed related, bump related, constant, speeds up, etc. All parts that were replaced?

Default Did you find it?

I have the same type of squeak. I have not found it yet. My JK only has 5000 miles on it and it only squeaks when I am moving. The frequency of the squeak doesn't change with RPM or brake pressure. It sounds like a brake wear indicator but it is intermittent. Sometimes it squeaks all the way to work sometimes not at all. I have noticed one of the brake lines on the rear axle is rubbing a shock. I am going eliminate this rubbing, but I don't think that it is the source of my annoying squeak.

Does the squeaking seem to have anything to do with rpms? If it seems like a suspension thing, get a fat buddy to stand on the bumper and jump, I found a bad shock mount doing that (Solo, I was the fat guy in that story. )

Yes, If I stand on my side step of the driver side and jump up and down it squeaks. I just found that out. But that is hard to tell where it is coming from. hmmm

Check the rear lower control arm frame mount nuts. They have these tabs that in my case were rubbing the CA's and the side of the frame mount and making a crazy loud squeak:

Driver:

Passenger:

I ended up using a dremel with a cutting wheel to cut off about 1/4" off them so they don't rub anymore, and squeak is gone.
