Default squeaky derlin bushings

Has anyone who replaced their door bushings with the derlin ones found that they are quite squeaky in cold/snowy weather. Wondering if its typical or maybe my pins are mucked up. Thanks.

Mine have been in for a few years now. Not a peep out of them.
Try a dab of silicone grease on the door pins.

Maybe not oil the pins but clean them.
I also had them squeak. Haven't noticed that after I replaced my hinges.

Ya.... I did clean them n it went away. Till the next batch of sloppy weather then it came back. Only one door is really bad but I have a feeling the hinges might be a lil out of alignment cuz I can feel a slight binding and that door still requires a floor jack to remove even after I added the derlins. The rest come out easy n barely squeek. Also my pins don't look like they are in great shape but I don't think they are very easy to change.

Emery cloth the pins and apply a thin layer of white lithium grease each time the doors come off....my Delrin bushings have never made a peep

Ahhh. Emery cloth there's an idea. I had steel wool lying around but it was pretty fine. So both white lithium n silicone are safe? Still think I need to align the bad one buti will try a few things. Thanks all
