stop and go traffic dont build up that much heat to bulge a line yes will got hot to touch due to friction and the heat it takes to bulge comes from high speed stopping repeatedly think of road racing but also with bigger rotational mass needing to apply the brakes longer but to get the bigger tire requires the lift anyway
