Default Stabilizer shock leaking.

Alright, so I have the Rancho Stabilizer that I purchased with life time warranty. This is the third time I have to switch it out because it leaks. Why does it keep leaking? It's not beat up or anything, its actually pretty new. About 2 months old (the current one). I'm running 35's with a 2.5 inch lift. My wheeling consists of 60% sand, 30% hard, rock-like dirt, 9% rocks and 1% hondas (joking). Can someone help me out?

I was never really happy with rancho shocks, just didn't like the performance of them. Send it back and let them know this is the 3rd one.

Not implying that it is or you don't know, but I have seen some people that installed it "flipped"(shaft on the wrong side/can on the wrong side) and maybe yours is too? I actually ran into an issue where the SS was installed wrong....no damage/leaking, but maybe that is the issue?

I'll check that out this afternoon. I hope that isn't the case though, I'll shoot myself!

Never mind, it is installed correctly. I zoomed in on a picture on my phone. I will try out another brand of shock then, thanks!

Well, its sometimes such a "simple" install, that simple things are messed up at time of install... bc as I stated, it happened with me when the retard installed it wrong. Thankfully, nothing happened and i just "flipped it" but I'd maybe go to their website and look at their pictures and see how they have them mounted....and compare

I would try a different brand of stabilizer (not monroe/rancho)
