Default Steering=messed up.

I have been having some problems lately and been trying to solve them but i just cant.
My steering is way out of whack. My ESP BAS light is on now and will not go off.
When i start to turn to the right(passenger side) its like my turning gets caught up on something and then lets go and the jeep jumps and sometimes it does that when just changing lanes slowly at highway speeds. My jeep tracks to the right and left. I have tightened and checked everything.
Anyone have any ideas. I feel like these problems just keep adding up.

I hear people having track bar issues and the holes getting wallowed out, you may check those out as well and for proper torque.

I have RCV's so no U-joints up front
and the track bar has not moved or you would see shiny spots around it where the paint was rubbed off

My jeep is getting a steering bind at like 40 or 50+ mph.
