Benefits? Also at what height of a lift would it be recommended?

If you talking about a drag link flip kit. I believe its recommended for any lift above 4"

that's what i would think he's talking about and really, anything 3" or taller would benefit from it as it would help restore your steering geometry to being closer to stock and that would improve your handling. you just need to remember that a track bar relocation bracket install NEEDS to happen at the same time.

improved handling and yes, it's worth it but, you NEED to install a track bar relocation bracket at the same time. you need to keep your drag link and track bar parallel.

So the adjustable trac bar wont be enough?

Off Road Evolution sells a great drag link flip and track bar relocation bracket kit.
