Default steering geometry

I am currently running the 4" racho sport lift and am just adding to the lift. I recently replaced the stock track bar with a rock krawler adjustable. When I did this I took off the drop bracket that the lift kit supplied and just put in the adjustable track bar. The lift also came with a dropped pitman arm which i left on. After this was done the jeep was undrivable, so i put the stock pitman arm back on and the steering was fine. I guess my question is can I run this much lift without the drop pitman arm and drop bracket. The only problem i can see is the tie rod on the pitman arm binding when the passanger side front is at full droop. Any insight would be greatly apperciated.

first off, you need to keep both your track bar and drag link parallel to each other. and, if at all possible, you want them both as parallel with your axle as possible just like stock. this will give you the best handling. to answer your question, yes, you can run with out the track bar relocation bracket and dropped pitman arm but, i wouldn't with as much lift as you have.

I have no handling problems on the road, it steers great and almost no bumps steer, even at 70 mph going down the interstate. The main reason i changed the bracket was because of clearance issues on the rough country dual steering stablizer kit and the track bar.
