I politely bit my tongue and walked away to never return. They "fixed" the toe in, but Jeep still pulls right. I'm thinking I'm going to just swap the front tires and see if that helps at all. I've heard that sometimes fixes a pull, but don't see how as they're rotated every 5K. I'm thinking the best bet is adjustable control arms, but will attempt to fix the steering myself as noted above.
I have the AEV 3.5 lift with 35" Toyos and had a similar issue.. pulled right and could not be aligned correctly. I had to install adjustable lower control arms to get the pull out.. it drives ok now with no pull but the control arm on the passenger side is extended about an inch and a half longer than the other side and this drives me nuts but I guess I have to live with it if my Jeep drives straight.

The steering wheel should be straight so that you won't get the "anti-roll over" kick in while going around bends at speeds above 30 mph. The computer thinks the tires are turned more than they are (only in one direction) and the anti-roll over will flash and apply the brakes, plus the steering wheel off will drive you crazy but WILL NOT cause the Jeep to pull. Usually a "pull" is brakes (will pull only while braking unless you have a frozen caliper) or bad bearings a SS can cause this but not as likely. I do not know the specs of caster and camber off hand but they can sometimes be different left and right to compensate for road crown. Next, if you have a lift and adjustable control arms if they are not equal or square you may get a "pull" all the time whether braking, coasting or accelerating.

I could either be wrong or right in this scenario. I keep hearing of vehicles "pulling to the right after lift". Although I didn't have any issues after I lifted my jeep, I did notice a pull to the right when I installed my bilstein steering stabilizer. And I know it waz my stabilizer cause I had the old one in the garage and swapped it back on to reassure myself that was the culprit. So, I always wanna chime in to see if you guys are running an aftermarket SS? Maybe that is the issue?

There is also a writeup on project jk on how to align the jk with factory control arms. You can do it with a tape measure and a friend in under half in hour. Really, the only things that should need adjusted are the draglink and the toe settings or if you have adj track bars, those are also fairly simple.

That very well could be the issue of the pull to the right. Did you recenter your steering wheel? Its super simple. If not, your trac control and abs lights may turn on and stay on until the steering wheel is corrected. Or worse yet, the trac assist might kick in unexpectedly while driving which is scary and dangerous

The OME SS isn't gas charged like the Bilstein.

My steering wheel was off center a couple ticks to the passenger side and by the time I drove 15 miles, both abs and trac lights popped on. Then I corrected the steering and they shut off just down the road..
