Default Steering issues.

I did more highway driving than normal yesterday, and it reminded me that the only time I have any issues with steering is on certain parts of the highway where heavy use has created trenches. I find that when my Jeep's tires follow the area with the most traction, so my Jeep just sort of shoots back and forth all over the lane. There is a newly paved stretch where I didn't have any problems.... Is there a fix for this, or should I just suck it up? Thanks!

I have checked all my work and have had a local 4X4 shop take a look and as far as i know there are no issues with my Jeep. This only occures on highways that are rutted out by heavy use. I am tempted to buy a steering stabilizer, but I am under the impression they aren't worth while..

Thanks!

There is nothing wrong with your Jeep. You wheel base is a little bit narrower than a semi truck and you are riding in the ruts made by semi traffic. The best bet to get rid of this whenever you find it change lanes if you are on a 4 lane road. We have alot if this in the broke State of Illinois
