Default Steering issues

Need a hand trying to figure out why I have play in my steering. I have a 4 inch lift with 35's and I have excessive play in my steering. I got the sector shaft/track bar mount and putting it on this weekend. Any ideas?

Alignment/caster ?

That's a lot of lift on a jk with some sort of caster correction ie CA's or AEV drop brackets.
Drag link flip and roll center correction helped a lot for me as well.

I have had the local off road shop look at it and alight everything. I have tightened up the steering components along with the dealership. My next guess would be the steering gear box. Just tired of having to deal with the steering issues.

Sounds like your steer gear is worn

Well, upon further inspection today I found that the track bar mount has a crack in it. YAY me. Gonna take it in and see what can be done about it.

Are you talking about the track bar mount that's on driver side frame rail? Full traction suspension makes a replacement bracket that goes over the stock one. Ones fantastic.
