Steering Pulling to the Right
I've searched the forum left and right, and can't find a solution to my problem.
After installing the 35s and TF 2.5 BB, the Jeep is pulling to the right and the steering is flighty.
I had the dealership do an alignment. It was still the same.
I installed adjustable UCAs and set the caster to about 5.4 degrees, this fixed the issue with the steering drifting, but the pull to the right remains.
After 3 trips to the dealer, them assuring me it was set perfectly to specs, they refunded my money because it still pulls to the right.
Any ideas?

- Tire pressures. Simple, but makes a huge difference, make sure they are set right.
- Brakes ok? a stuck caliper or dragging pads will make it pull.
- Hubs/Bearings ok and greased? Again, can make it pull.
- Are both axles actually lined up correctly?
- Crown in the road: If you drive down the same stretch of road on the same side in the opposite direction does it pull left? Passenger side control arm length is usually different slightly to stop it from pulling to the right on highly crowned roads (higher caster on right than on left. Yours looks the same.)
i would try adjusting your toe in a little for the flighty steering. i followed the write up on here and it's helped mine. as for the pull to the right, i think happy set it straight for you.
I have heard of a such thing called "radial pull" in certain tires. Something about a flawwed tread pattern will make a vehicle pull one direction or the other. Never experienced this myself, just heard about it.
Are your LCA's adjustable. If so, set the passenger side to about 1/2 degree more than the driver side.
However, I think it has to do with the crown in the road. Mine pulls to the right ever so slightly when going down the highway leading to my neighborhood.

Brakes have been checked out.
Hubs/bearings have been checked out.
Both axles lined up? I believe so.
It pulls to the right regardless of the crown. It does it in the left and right lanes.
The flighty steering was actually mostly corrected by changing the caster. All I'm left with now is the pull to the right.

Mine is adjusted about a half degree more on the right (forget exact amount, It calls to do this in the TeraFlex directions for the lift.), it helps but i still get the pull on severely crowned roads. Tracks pretty well on the thruway. I kinda ignore it as par for the course on sideroads. My steering wheel being slightly off bugs me more than the pull does.
