steering question??
Ok, got a lift put on Friday I put on a dynastar 2 inch budget lift. I Also put on toyo mt's on stock rims 295/70/17. The Shop that put on the lift also did the alignment. While driving today noticed I had to have steering wheel slightly left input to make it go straight and when I take my hands off the wheel it pulls right. I looked at some threads where the fix was adjusting steering wheel alignment, Now I find out the shop subs out there alignment to a BODY SHOP, now if I tell the alignment shop the details you would think they would fix it? If they don't will the steering wheel trick fix this problem? Oh by the way tires are running 35 psi right now. Being a newbie this forum is very informative and addictive I am finding.
This is normal after a lift

Also, be sure that your 2 front tires have the same pressure

Center your steering wheel using "Project-JK's" instructions and you should be good to go. Easy to do and just takes a couple of minutes.
If the ESP and BAS have already flashed they should clear shortly after making the adjustment.

c\Centered steering wheel, jeep still pulls right! I guess its back to the alignment shop in the morning
when i get to a stop light the jeep appears to be pointing right. tire pressures are spot on. looking at the wheels with steering wheel straight, drivers side looks like its going right and passenger side looks straight

First off lower your tire pressure, try 24 - 26 psi. The toyos are a load range E tire and have a very heavy sidewall. Second check your toe in, you can do this with 2 people and a tape measure. Toe-in should be about 1/8". Next check that your axle is centered under the jeep. Measure from the frame to the outside of the front tire on both sides. Then center your steering wheel.
You can easily do this yourself in about 45 minutes.
