Default Steering Question with 4in skyjacker

Hey guys I just got my 08 Unlimited Rubicon with Manual Trans lifted with a 4'in Skyjacker at the dealer (dealer told me I had to so I still got the factory powertrain warranty). I put 35x12.50x17 Mikey Thompson's on classic 2 wheels. Not sure if its a normal problem for a lift or a mess up. when I got it home last thursday the rear coils fell out of the seats a little so I took it back and they had the wrong Skyjacker shocks installed.( 4wheelparts shipped the wrong ones with the kit) Got that fixed yesterday but now when I am shifting with clutch in it will pull a little to the right and once released it goes back to the left its really not to bad but since I have already got questions about the install its got me worried. Is it normal for the bigger tires to do this or is it a steering problem. they installed a single steering stabilizer also Skyjacker. Overall the Jeep looks Awesome.
