Steering Stabalizer
I was thinking the same thing....
You would think that someone with over 1200 posts would have seen at least a couple threads about steering stabilizers.
I know Ive seen about a dozen of them myself.
Anyway, to answer the question, no they are not really needed if you have your suspension set up right.
Im still running my stock one with a 3.5" lift and 35's.
Others will tell you they needed a bigger one, but IMO that just covers up a bad alignment job.

Running stock one with tera 4" lift and 35's. no issue.
