Default Steering Stabalizer

Anyone install a steering stabalizer? Is it needed? How do you install it?

You would think that someone with over 1200 posts would have seen at least a couple threads about steering stabilizers.
I know Ive seen about a dozen of them myself.

Anyway, to answer the question, no they are not really needed if you have your suspension set up right.
Im still running my stock one with a 3.5" lift and 35's.
Others will tell you they needed a bigger one, but IMO that just covers up a bad alignment job.

From the FAQ:
Q: Do I need a new steering stabilizer now that I've lifted my Jeep JK Wrangler?
A: If you have your suspension and steering dialed in, no, you will not need a new steering stabilizer on your lifted Jeep JK Wrangler.
