Hey do I have to buy the woods relocation bracket to install the teraflex steering stabilizer shock or will it just bolt on to the OEM brackets???

no, you do not need it as the TF stabilizer will just bolt on

Bolts right in!
Its a great upgrade, but won't fix steering or death-wobble issues, if that's why you got it.
