Default What about them?

I put a set of skyjacker dual's on my 09 2 door. Had the 4" sky jacker lift on it but she liked to pull hard when I hit bumps.......Easy to put on.....

Extremely easy to put on. Excellent directions come with the kit. Just make sure you can cut off your stock stabilizer bracket to get it out of the way of the mid mounting plate. I have 35's and it makes a world of difference.

Not planning on a dual setup or anything, just replacing the one I have now. I'll still be using my OE brackets. It looks pretty simple, but I've never actually done this either.

Replacing the OE stabilizer using OE brackets:

Unbolt one side of shock
unbolt the other side of shock
reverse process with new shock

I understand hesitation 'cause we were all there once, but if you can't do this "project", are you capable of pumping gas into the Jeep?

EDIT: ok, ok, I'll bite again. A direct replacement should be exactly the same length and stroke of the stocker. However, if it's not, you need to make sure you have enough stroke to either side for full steering lock. After installation, have someone steer from side to side to check this. If not, adjust the moveable bracket either way until you have what you need.

I'm sure it's easy enough, but sometimes the simplest things can turn out to be a huge pain in the ass.

I replaced my stock stabilizer with a Bilstein Steering Stabilizer and it made a huge difference.... I have these shocks all the way around as well, I am very impressed.
