So I did this yesterday and I know you dont "need" one to drive but I'd like to get just to be safe and there is really no reason to get a new one. I was just wondering if anyone could chime in and tell me about theirs they got, how they like it, pros and cons, and if it pulls at all as I've heard some of the heavy duty ones do. I'm all stock right now but will lifting and putting on 35s hopefully sometime before or during summer.

Thanks
Nick

I run a teraflex 9550 SS with the JKS reinforcement/relocation bracket. Doesn't pull at all, very firm steering. I love the set up.

I'm on my third steering stabilizer in 9 months. I finally realized I need to relocate the shock, or drive like a wuss and take the bypass. So I bought a relocation bracket from Rubicon. Haven't received it yet, but I'm guessing this will be the last shock I buy for a while.

This is my second. First one came with a broken seal. Teraflex replaced it and no issues with this one so far. It's been taking a beating for 7 months now.

I got the JeepSWAG.com one and am pleased with it. I haven't noticed any pulling from it.

Thanks for all the replies guys!!

kleinrider, so is that just the jeepswag steering stabilizer you are running or the bracket also? Your sig says Woods I believe. Thanks

And while talking about jeep swag, does anyone have any experience with this relocation bracket and steering stabilizer combo. Cuz its looking pretty good for only $100.

I got the kit you're talking about (bracket and HD steering stabilizer). I'm very pleased with the outcome. His bracket is stainless steel and very beefy (it's silver in the pic). His screen name on the forum is Woods, so that's why I listed it that way. I'm just finishing up his OBA system, too. He sells great stuff and has great customer service.

Awesome thanks!! I'll contact him sometime this week. How's the install? I'm sure it's nothing?

Thanks,
Nick

The worse part was taking the tie rod off on the passenger side to get the stock bolt out (if the bolt had been 1/2" shorter, I think I could've gotten it out without any problem). The install is super easy to do, and his instructions are top notch.
