Default Steering vibration

At around 60kph my steering wheel begins to jolt back and forth. Could this be fixed by upgrading the steering stabilizer as i have 5 inch lift with 35s but the stock steering stabilizer.

5" lift ? That wont help you at all.
Get your tires road force balanced.

The steering stabilizer is the last thing you replace...IMO

Try checking your ball joints for play along with the hubs. sometimes warped rotors can give that feeling, but mostly when the brakes are applied. I'v noticed that when i play in the mud and its caked on the rims i get a slight shimmy, with that said maybe you could use a balance on the tires... when you rotate the tires do you have this jolt?

Your control arms might need adjustment(if you have adjustable) or rebuilt. caster angle could be off, causing an oscillation... or you can to check the ends on the drag link and track bar for slop and proper torque and adjustment if they adjustable. TB bolts can come loose over time and oblong the holes causing hell!

If all these things check out, then the stabilizer might need addressing.
