Steering wheel shimmy. Not DW

I have gone through all the DW threads and have experienced DW before but was able to fixit with a new Track bar and SS. I also had my front end aligned, tires balanced, & trued. My jeep drove fine until I did my axle swap a few weeks ago. I did the axle swap made sure my bolts were all to factory spec and drove it to the alignment shop. I have since been experiencing a steering wheel shimmy at speeds from 37 - 42 mph. A few weeks after the swap while still experiencing the shimmy I opted to upgrade to a 4" R/C lift due to some unrelated clearance issues. After installing and torquing everything I had a DW but took it back to the alignment shop the DW is gone. I still however have this damn shimmy. It happens under acceleration and breaking but only in the 37-42 mph range
I will say that I need some new break pads and might have warped rotors ( no pedal vibration though ). I also noticed last night that the pitman arm seems to rotate but the whole steering box seems to move slightly when it does. So I pulled the track bar and made sure the pitman arm was torqued to spec and it was. Should I have any movement at all? Could warped rotors cause this but no pedal issues? Any help would be appreciated. I should also mention that I haven't installed my transfer case yet so I'm not running a front drive shaft yet. Maybe that is a problem? Any help would be appreciated. I'm running 37" MTRK, 4" R/C lift, dual SS, & adjustable track bar.
I've seen a lot of people seem to have issues balancing them but once mine were trued and balanced they ran perfect. Nothing changed until I swapped the axle. If I had hair I would pull it out.

Exactly what are you experiencing? You said left to right shimmy, but do you mean it pulls to the right or is it shimmying back and forth. If that's what you mean then yea, I have the same problem. Around 60 mph with a 4.5" lift and 35" tires. It's minor enough for me to ignore it. I didn't think much of it as every truck I've owned has shimmied at some point.
