Km2's are really challenging to balance. I ran 33's and 35's on my yj. After a certain point of wear they are impossible. I love the tread and traction in the rocks, but the balancing problem will keep me from purchasing them in the future.

UPDATE:
Alright, went out this evening and removed all of the little locking rings (4 on each front wheel, 2 on each back), installed some hub centric rings I had (nothing special, but I had them) and rotated tires. This moved my wobble from a repeatable 48-50 mph to a variable 60 mph, i.e. around 60. This tells me this had a factor in the wobble (a tighter connection has a higher resonant frequency, right?). After this trip, I went and checked all trackbar bolts, torqued to ~130ft lbs. I was able to add a little bit (1/4?) to one of the rear track bar bracket bolts, but not much more.

I looked at my front track bar and drag link relationship, and its not ideal( totally parallel) but it is very close. I assume if this was the cause, I would get some bump steer (i have no more then stock did, at least that I can notice).

I'll update again tomorrow AM after I drive to work (easy to compare, same route, etc.). I think I have the suspension all tight and decently set up, and I'm still leaning towards a better balance needed on the tires. I'm going to call and haggle the tire shop I used, and see if they warrant there work and take a look at them again. If nothing else I have found a few shops around here that have a road force balancing machine.

I'm working my way into the DW thread, but are there any other target points I need to look at?

Thanks for all the help guys!!!!
