Default Steering Yucky

Installed 37x13.50x17 Pit Bull tires on my 09 jk. Seems that at certain times I cannot turn the steering wheel. Have I overloaded the steering system? If so does anyone have a fix?

When do you experience the wheel not turning: while on the street or in the dirt?

In the dirt or in rocks the steering wheel just will not turn I have to rock the Jeep to get the wheels to turn

Yuppers. With 37" pitbulls, I'd guess that the stock PS pump would be working pretty bloody hard.

Hydro assist would be your friend with 37's on there.

i did it on my TJ and it was insanely better.
I understand PSC will drill out your stock pump saving $$ when you do upgrade (if thats what you were asking)

To the OP: X what ever we're up to. You won't even notice those 37's with a PSC system on there.

Anyone have a write up on installing the redneck ram? I am interested in doing this.
