whats the highest lift i can get without having issues because i have a stick

A body lift affects the shifter, not suspension lifts.

are you sure? iv been told it puts strain on it

Any lift changes the geometries of any vehicle. Just do the research so you know how to correct the issues you will run into...

Browse around a bit more, and you will see that, generally, 2doors have more issues than 4doors, and auto's have more issues than manuals.

I am 1000% sure. The body lift will affect shifter... that's why I think its RC redesigned there body lift with a shifter adapter to fix the popping out of gear, that was only remedied by cutting the inside shifter boot.
