I had something similar to this and it turned out to be my rear swaybar links needed to be tightened. any time I had even a bit of body roll or axle flex it'd pop. check to see if it wiggles a bit, or grab it and have someone rock the Jeep side to side. Goodluck!

No reason to remove it if you're satisfied with the lift. I have a RK kit and they recommend welding it prior to off roading.

Is it just me or do your rear coils look like a set of front coils?? The rears usually have a taper to them, I mean I know their lift springs but even all the lift springs I saw still had the taper to them. Just wondering if this has anything to do with the noise you are hearing?

I suggest sway bar links as well mine were loose on the front so I can see rears being loose and mine made a clunk sound when I turned , but ya they kinda do look like front coils not sure though

Do the end links go on the outside or the inside of the tab? They don't look right to me. I can't recall how I did mine, and searching seemed to show some inside and some outside.

Yeah I've been looking as well and found some inside and some outside.

When I put in my TF lift, they said to remove the E brake holders and let the E brake lines just hang there. You might want to try removing them and see if you still here the noise.

My links are on the outside but are straight up and down.

Yours seem to angle in towards the top. To me, it looks like they should go outside at the top and inside at the bottom. I think they would be straight if you did that.

Are there any marks on the links? I think what might be happening is that lower part of the link is making contact with the tab if one side droops down a little bit. In a turn the outside tire is going to stuff a little bit, and the inside is going to extend. That might be why you are hearing it on turns. I'm not an expert by any means though, just a WAG.
