Default Stinger before Lift?

Would it look odd/bad to put on a Stinger before getting a lift installed?

Yes. To anyone who would possibly know the difference and have an warped opinion of what a stinger/jeep combo "should" look like.

DO IT!

It is your jeep and you should do whatever you like to it. That being said, personally I would not do it. The new bumper is most likely weigh more than the stock right? Which means that you'll have a greater rake. Now, if having a rake does not bother you, go for it.
