Default To stinger or not to stinger
While looking at which bumper I want to buy, I saw the Smittybilt XRC Stinger. What is your opinion on a stinger bumper in general; overly excessive or go for it?

I ride tight trails so I don't need a longer Jeep. No stinger for me.

Yes, stingers are bad ass. If my Jeep hadn't already had a front bumper on it when I bought it, I would have gone with the stinger route.

I voted yes, but as DROELLE pointed out, if it doesn't fit your style of off roading, then it wouldn't matter how good it looked if you couldn't ride the trails.

I didn't like them at first, but then I saw some in person and fell in love with them!
