Default Stock Shocks ok..?

OK, If i am getting the 2.5 Terraflex BB, are the stock X shocks ok for now...with the adapters of course, or should i replace them. I'm on a tight budget.

If you don't go off road, then you're fine.

If you do then i would recommend getting Rough Country 2.5" lift kit, which comes with shocks. One of the guys here has it, first he though the stock shock would be fine, but they kept "knocking" as soon as he changed the shocks, the knocking disappeared.

Check out this thread. It might help.
https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/modified-jk-tech-2/teraflex-2-5-sping-lift-47820/

I started with the Teraflex2.5BB. Then added heavy front bumper and winch. Had to get TF 2.5 springs to get the front back up. Check out the write up of what I did, along with the write up fron AZ-JK and he has a link to all the pictures of his lift.
