I have the Husky liners and there is no hole just an indentation for the anchor to go up into. No leaks. Hope this helps.

I was just letting you know people have had other issues with the weathertech liners that you said you were going to purchase. Just giving you something else to think about. Sorry I couldn't help with your main issue.

Seems like I read a post from the Tuffy rep that said tuffy did not plan to, due to "electronics" under some passenger seats. It must just be some models because my 08 rubi 2dr had zero under there. It would be great to have the extra storage.
