Default Storage maximization in 2DRs ????

A question for you guys with 2 DRs. I am trying to keep necessities on board (hi lift jack, on board air compressor, etc.) What have you done to increase storage space? Or to maximize the space you have?

Answers would be awesome, pics would be great. Anything that took special work, explanations would be amazing.

Thanks in advance.

I think woods made the back "cubby hole" into a good sized box by relocating his muffler and putting a large box where the muffler sat, but that may have been a four door.

I just have a 50 dollar rack that sits in hitch for more gear if needed.... No Backseat helps a good bit too...

Do you have any ideas in mind?

Pretty good for keeping stuff in when the top's down.

Back seat is out.
Front seat covers with storage pockets on the back.
Storage bags that mount between the roll bars, under each back window.
Tailgate storage pouches on the way.
Roof rack on the way.

Are there any pouches for the area between the rear part of the roll bar and the hard top/soft top? It seems like unused space and it wouldn't get into the way for vision. It wouldn't work when you took the top off, but for me, it's winter, cold as hell and have the hard top on and would also like to figure out a way to optimize that space.

I hear JeepSwag's DirtBagz are a pretty good option for the smaller stuff. I've been meaning to put in an order for a set.

rear seat out. (you have to be a contortionist if you are taller than 4' to get back there anyway) saddlebags between the roll bars (I only did drivers side, for blind spot purposes)
