Default strange noise while off road

I was at uwharrie this week and i started to notice a strange clicking noise everytime i gave it gas while in 4wd. I checked under the jeep and everything looked ok and the jeep didnt drive any different. What could be causing this issue? 2.5 lift with 35s auto transmission

clicking like a ratching sound and only in 4wd? if so, your front axle cv joint is most likely going bad.

Does your jeep rock back and forth with a tiny touch of the gas?

Going with WOL on this. Look at the CV joint on the side it's clicking...torn boot, throwing grease?

Above answer is probably correct.

However, I recently had a noise coming from the rear while accelerating, sounded like a train. It was the boot of my rear DS that was torn and making noise as it was hitting the evap skid. The frayed boot was making the noise. I cut off the torn part and it went away.
