PSC Brawler Lite FTW! Awesome bumper and quality. Mine is at the shop being sand blasted and primed as I type!

Enjoy whichever bumper you choose!

Do you have the stinger or brawler bar? Do they come as bare steel so you will have to get it sent to the shop and painted? Very curious to know what your doing to yours if your gonna run there rear bumper too let me know how the install goes for you.

I vote RR Stubby; especially if price is a concern. It's a good value and because it's modular you have a few design options. Of course there are several other great bumper out there too. Here's mine...

OTHER:

Ace Engineering and Fabrication

wicked great price. Outstanding 1/4" construction, great bull bar design. Factory fog light holes, dropped winch mounting, includes fairlead plate.

one of the best buys in my opinion and the best looks and thickness of steel.

Shrockworks has some excellent products. I love their stubby and sliders in that anthicite color they offer. Just out of my price range right now, which is why I went XHD. They are on the future upgrade list.

From your choices, I went with the Poison Spyder. But have you looked at their BFH stingers?

Cutting the frame rails is only for the BFH bumpers. I am not crazy about that idea either.

The brawler bumpers mount conventionally.

I wonder at how they make a 25 pound bumper. The stock bumper weighs 25 pounds and it is plastic. Not saying they don't, just have never seen one in person. EVO also has a lightweight one.

Weight is just one factor to my thinking. At the top end is the XRC at 150 pounds, and the bottom end EVO/Expedition 1/BFH. I made a a choice to stay towards the lower end.
