I don't know what the first on is but the second looks like the rugged ridge modular system with stubby caps and stinger option.

Now that I look, it seems to be the stinger made by rugged ridge for their bumper but was putility onto a different bumper. The lights on rugged ridges bumper are not on the ends like this one

I like the 1st bumper except I don't like that the winch sits on top of it , and not sunk into it . It will block airflow to a certain extent

2nd bumper is the Rough Country Hybrid with Fog lamp holes the owner then Put a rugged ridge stinger on it, The stinger lined up on the front He had to shim the top of the stinger to get it to work. I followed his build as this is the route I want to go

I have the RC hybrid stubby and love it. It is very lite weight and simple to put on! And it is a lot cheaper, so you can spend the extra dough on a winch!
