Default Stuck With 3.21, But Want to Mod

Hey guys,

I have a 2dr '11 Sport, and for a while have been planning for a 2" lift with some 33's. However, I recently got my build sheet back and found out I have 3.21 gears :( a re-gear is out of my budget unfortunately, but I still want to build up my jeep and make it my own.

I plan on some moderate wheeling, but nothing crazy, but keep in mind this is still my DD, so I'd like it to ride decently well and not kill my mpg's (yes, I know it's a jeep, but I can't afford all that much gas, it's expensive up in Canada!)

Do you guys have any ideas as to what I could do to my Jeep? I appreciate any help!

Oh, and here's how it sits now:

I have a 2009 on 33s 2.5" lift with 3.2 gears and she still runs great and does anything I ask her to. I will post pictures later today when I get home so you can see what it looks like. Its also my DD and it does amazing. You will be fine with what your planning dont worry about it.

Same here. I ran 32's with my 3.21 rear, and no problems. I don't believe I've seen or heard of a trail-related failure with the 3.21's. Just some folks trying to offset larger tires. Unless you plan to go to 35's, you can make 3.21's work.

I run 35s on 3.21 and wheel hard and in the rocks. I will be regearing soon. But its not as bad as everyone makes it seem. With 33's you will have a blast. It will look awesome and perform well.
