Default studdering in 1st gear???

More of a techy question. Anyway, been noticing some interesting feeling in the car when driving out into 1st gear. 2012 jk, bds 3 inch lift with new wheels and tires. Ive have the lift on it for about 6 months and just now starting to feel the jitters when im letting of the clutch in 1st. It doesnt happen all the time, just kind of randomly it does it. Its a pretty big feeling. Basically the car studders and feels like its having a hard time engaging. I have no idea what it is. Could it be the clutch going bad? Or could it even be the drivetrain? Is it necessary to modify the drive train with a 3" lift?? I have no clue and need insight! Thanks.

Sounds like the clutch, hot spots on fly wheel,or glazing on clutch face

The lift would not matter....it is most likely the larger tires and possibly your driving style. Are you finding that you need to let the clutch slip more at take off?

Oh, and you have a Jeep not a car.

My Jeep does this too (~60k miles)....it typically happens when I first drive it in the morning and don't get the RPM's high enough before I let the clutch out. It feels like the clutch is grabbing and releasing and makes a loud driveline shudder/chatter noise. I had just assumed my clutch was starting to slip given it's age?
