Default Suggestions on Shocks?

Hows it going guys. The wife has an 08 Wrangler Sahara. Purchased it with 20" XDs sitting Nitto Grapplers. I gotta say, the ride is pretty rough with that combo. We took them off for the winter and put the stock ones on and now we're spoiled with the soft ride we got from the stock tires however, she wants the XD's back on but still wants that comfortable ride. I'd swap out the shocks for some nice quality cushiony ones but really don't know what the best options would be. She uses it as her DD and thats it. No wheeling/trails ex ex. Any suggestions on what will make the ride a bit smoother once I put the wheels back on?

Going with a smaller wheel would be the first step. It will allow a tire with more sidewall which will ride much better. Also, make sure air pressure isn't too high. Many shops over inflate the tires, which also causes a bad ride

X2 on the smaller wheel. That will make a bigger difference than shocks will. Ah hell do both.....

No, she won't .... The 5100's or any other jeep shock can't compensate for running low profile tires. You can spend coin on some remote reservoir shocks that are adjustable, or get some custom valved shocks made to your specs, but it's going to be $$$$
