I have a couple questions regarding Summit Racing 84 D Series(Part#SUM-84-7873 and 8 Series(part # SUM-85-7873) wheels :
What does 4.00 backspacing and -12mm offset mean? I understand the backspacing - they are gonna stick out further than stock rim but does the -12mm offset cancel that out and push the wheel back in or does it stick out further than 4" backspace?
Does anyone have pictures of either of these wheels on their jeep?
I am preferring not to lift mine. My old JKU i put 285/70/17 MT's on Cragar wheels that had 4.5" bs and 0 offset. I liked that look.
I've been a member for awhile but I'm still new to this, and after going from JKU to a pickup and now back to a 2013 JK Sahara, I have to learn it all over again.
Any help is appreciated

We ran a similar wheel on our JK for a long time. We eventually switched to this wheel in the 17" size when we made our bead locks. We went to the 17" so we had more tires to choose from in the sizes we were interested in running. They have held up to all of our abuse so far. They are definitely heavy probably close to 30lbs each.
Got similar D-windows on mine from JEGS brand. 15x8 with 3.75" backspacing. The backspacing is from the inside of the rim (therefore lower the number the further it sticks out) and offset is from the outside I believe.
