be patient..... it will take a little while to load your changes, also when you are changing your tire size make sure to measure actual size not whats on the side of the tire. Also when i first set up my tire size the superchips thought my rubicon was running 29" tires from the factory even though they were 31" so now even though my tires measure 37" i have the programer set at 35.25 to get the exact calibration.

Turn the key to 'On', not 'Acc'.

Too many variables. Read through a few dozen threads asking which tune is best, and you'll find that different tunes work for different people in different location using different setups. Try them all and see which works best for you...

X2 I live in the mountains north of phoenix and climb 1000ft on a 15 mile drive from my office to my house. I have found that I get the best mpg running the tow tune, Im sure there is reason behind it, i know when i run the milage xs tune it seems to shift up and down more on the hills and I get over 1mpg less. My advise would be to run a full tank on each tune, track your mpgs, and decide which works best for you

oh and make sure you evaluate you tunes with your set up the same... if you run with your top or doors off you will loose mpgs.

Here's a poll...

https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/show...erchips-tuning

I did get some dyno info from Superchips and found out that there are no increased in hp and only 3 ft/lbs torque from the 87 to 91 tune. I find it is more cost effective to run 87 tune. Definite change for the better with tune install. Like that the gas pedal lag has improved. My $.02....good luck.
