Default Superchip FlashPaq Issue...

I am unable to dial in my speedo with my SC Flashpaq. I am running 37x12.50x17 iRoks on my 4dr Rubicon. I called Superchips and have to say their service blows... this guy basically said they don't know when they will have an answer for me, what a joke.

Pretty bummed, especially when they advertise this can fix my speedo issue in addition to the heavy price tag I paid.

Anybody having the same issues?

I had a problem getting the flash to work twice. Then for some reason it took with nothing being diffrent. I would say try again to upload the flash. Ive seen this happen to others here as well.

I sent them a question via email and never got a response. I tried again a few weeks later just to see if maybe the email got lost...no response yet again. Pretty terrible IMO.

What is it, just off? Or you cant adjust the speedo at all?

Get it as close as you can with the tire diameter, yes it might not be "exact". Then mess with the axle ratio a few times to tweak the speedo. In the process of messing with the axle ratio on mine

Mine took first try and is pretty close to accurate!!
Matter of fact I retuned to the 93 to check it out, and was not sure if I had to redo the tire size, and did anyway. I did not have any trouble doing it a second time either.
I did call Superchip to ask them a question, and the guy I talked to was a douche at best, he was somewhat of a smartass!!

The opposite works too. I set the ratio correctly since I figured it might affect shift points and then played with the tire diameter.

Previously when I used my Procal, the speedo was spot on.

I've been pretty disappointed with the speedo adjustment, I put on new 35" which I measured at 34.5". I put in 34.5" and the speedo was fine up to 45mph, then I played around with the tire size and finally have the speedo accurate up to 75mph - but I had to tell FlashPaq that my tires are 33" to get it. Makes me worry about the other mods...

Pick up the Phone...you will get service! They walked me through one of my issues with no problem.
