Default Superchip Trail Dash help

Hi all,
Just bought my rig and it has the Trail Dash installed. Does anyone know anything about this or tuned it at all? I have an '08 X 2dr Auto, 37in tires and 5.13 gears. It does really well in 1st and 2nd but then locks in 3rd and 4th. And when i'm on the hwy going up hill I have to get deep into the peddal before it downshifts. Anybody else having this issue or maybe have ideas on tuning it? Also, the tuning is set for 91 octane. Thanks for looking and the help...

ive had mine for about 8 months now and i love it. i have mine set on mileage xs and have 35's with 5.13 gear and i havent had that probably at all, probably bc of the gears. once you have your gear and tire setting all programed in u can go to the main menu..... then go to programming.... then choose custom programming. from there you can set up shift points and etc.

Thanks for the reply Nukem. I'll give that a shot later when I get home. Have you messed around with shift points at all?
