Superchip and a visit to the dealership
I know I will have my computer flashed. I know I have to re-install the stock tuning. The question is do I have to reset the tire size and gears before I go in ? If yes, does anyone know what the original Rubicon tire size was set at ? Thanks,

Yup, I just did this for a trip to the dealer. If, when you plug the tuner in, it says it's linked to your vehicle you are not completely "stock".
When I did a quick tune to "stock" it reset my tune, my tire size and my gear ratio to stock. But it was still saying it was linked to my vehicle when I plug the tuner in. I found that my TPMS setting had not been set back to stock. So I reset those back to stock and the tuner no longer shows it's linked to my vehicle.
According to Ron over at SuperChips you definately want to make sure everything is set back to stock before taking it to the dealer. I think if the tuner is still linked to your vehicle and the dealer reflashes your PCM, you may not be able to reinstall the superchips tune afterwards.
Again, I must be lucky. After installing 513 gears for me, my dealer reset the tire size, activated the new tpms in the new ProComp wheels and reset the threshold for the sensors. He knows I have a superchip, but doesn't care. He said my Jk was starting to look like it should. We need more dealers like him.
