Default Superchipped

Does anyone have their Jeep Superchipped? How much did it improve or decline your gas mileage?

I had a superchip for my 08. I liked it. Just a tad better on the fuel mileage. But you can do so much more with them including change your tire size for your correct speed. I used mine for the towing mode. They also have different throttle responses. I can't use it on my 2012 so it's just sitting in a box now. If you are interested ill sell it. I doubt they will break the 2012 codes soon.

If you only want one to improve your mileage you will be disappointed. You will get different feedback from different folks, but my milage stayed pretty consistent with it, at least nothing noteworthy, maybe a 2% increase in mileage if that.

Overall thought the ability to tune the vehicle makes it drive much nicer IMO.

I was on the fence for a long time about going forward with a superchip. Finally installed one a couple days ago. Very user friendly, lots of useful functions, and the big one, a very noticeable increase in power and torque in the low and mid range. Enough of an improvement that I should have bought one of these a long time ago!!!

I agree, it is not hemi improvements, but it was much more responsive than stock. Plus all the other adjustments made it worthwhile.
