Default superchips ?

I need to take the jeep in to the dealership for a couple things and just wanted to make sure of a couple things. Right now I am running with the 87 octane tune. After I use the programmer to return it back to stock is it safe to take in or do I need to run a tank of gas through it first? Also I am going to let my brother borrow it for his honeymoon drive to tennessee. He has an 07 dodge ram and was wondering what I need to do in order for it to work on his dodge. I know I need to delete my jeeps stored info. Does this happen on its own when I restore it back to factory? Any help would be sweet. Thanks.

i think you just need to return it back to stock and youll be fine, cant see why you would need to run a tank of gas through it 1st. as for your brothers dodge, i dont think it will work. the superchips for the jeep is different that the others. i could be wrong though cause i havent gotten mine yet, callin dave tommorow

Not going to work in the dodge. I asked this the other day because of the recall thing. Set mine back to stock got the computer reflashed, and loaded it up on the way out. I can still tell a huge difference with mine between stock and the 87tune in the shift points and that. Best thing I have bought yet..besides the Jeep

PN's are different for the Ram and the Jeep Flashpaq. Don't think it'll work. You don't need to run a tank through just retrun to stock.

You could go to the superchips forum if you want to confirm.

Bumper is sweet bro!! Loving it, and have gotten plenty of compliments on it. Thanks again man.

Jam85: Just set it to stock, drive over there, and load the tune and tire correction on the way out. I was skeptical at first with mine. But I traveled 20miles to the dealer back at the stock tune, SUCKED!! This thing is def. worth the money IMO
