Default superchips 93 tune issue

I guess I don't really have an issue with the 93 tune per se. The issue is when I take it back to stock. I've had the 93tune for a while and I'm loving the increased power and mpg(only an extra 13cents/gallon vs increase of 3-4mpg) but when I took off the tune to go to the dealership, I experience a pretty bad hesitation and occasional knock between 600-1600rpm.

That's with 93 octane in the tank, I wouldn't think the good fuel would cause problems would it?

The 93 octane with stock base tune would not cause the knock. My guess is, since all ECU's have to learn a bit, it is just working out its own kinks trying to re-learn the stock settings. Should go away after a few days or so, if not, try re-loading the tune, drive around for a bit, and then put it back to stock again. ECU's can be tricky sometimes.

I'm not too worried. Back from the dealer and the 93 tune is back on and running like a champ...didn't even get out of the parking lot before I flashed it!
