Default Superchips brick : Myth or Fact??

Has anyone really bricked their Jeep's computer using a Superchips? I mean we've all read the threads about guy sitting in his driveway at 1am reverting to stock and praying he doesn't brick the thing... but has anyone actually done it????

Only stories I've heard about are people bricking their Superchips programmer because they forgot to return their setting to stock before they bring their Jeep in for service work (and their computer gets re-flashed). You can get that un-bricked through Superchips but I believe there is a fee.

Haven't heard anything yet about the Jeep's computer getting messed up but would be interested in hearing any stories.

I've seen that too, think it's about $100 for them to reset your device. Anyone out there that's bricked their Jeep?
