I tried to plug my programmer into my jeep to adjust some settings and I keep getting this error message and to call superchips for help. Has anyone else had this problem?

Never came across that problem. But I did some search on the web and found two possible fixes.

1) need to see if your tuner has the latest updates, if not download the update.

2) it may require your computer to be reflashed at the dealership before trying the tuner again.

Whats the current software version for the flashpaq? Mine is out for delivery today

 

If you are using latest model 3870 then here is the latest as of 12-10-2013 there might be a newer one. Flashpaq 3870 is what I use on my 2013 JKU.
