Superchips Flashcal Engine Idle adjust?
Does anyone have a good way of getting in contact with Superchips?
I've called a couple of times to their website posted phone number of 407-585-7000 and selected Option "4", for tech support. Gave up after being on hold both time for over 30 minutes. I'm currently on the phone for the 3rd time going through the same on hold process and listening to their on hold commercials over and over again.
I sent an email to them over a week ago and haven't received a response to that as well.

Just an update for anyone who might run into this problem. I finally got a hold of Super Chips tech support. 5th time of being on hold for an hour was a charm. After I got on the phone with them, I see why their hold times are so long.
Anyways, they confirmed the engine idle adjust was not working as expected. They had me plug my Flaschcal into my PC and launch the Ignition software, they then took control of my PC remotely. They pulled a bunch of files off of my Flashcal and sent them to engineering for further analysis. 3 days later they called me back, and said they found the problem and that they had created a software update for my device where the first time I plugged it back in, it would update my device which should fix the problem. Well, that's what I did and now my engine idle adjust is working as expected.

Anyone else see this problem on their Flashcal? When I adjust the Engine Idle adjust, it adjusts the RPM to the setting I selected. However, it only stays there for 5 seconds and then the engine goes back to the stock 700 RPM.
I've had to use this feature a couple times now and both times I see the same thing. It doesn't keep the engine idle setting, thus making this feature useless.
I was going to contact SC but before I do, I wanted to understand is this just a limitation of the Flashcal vs the Flashpaq or is this some kind of bug?
I have a 2009 JKU.

I have the same problem in that the idle setting is 800 but the cluster reading is around 675 at idle. When I adjust for wrenching and set to 900, it returns to 675 after a couple of seconds. My other problem is fan settings which the Superchip TrailDash 2 with the FlashCal was adjuster to come on sooner (200f) but still only recognizes the factory settings. I'm m getting no where with SC.
On my 5th phone call attempt, someone picked up the phone. I had to resend them the email with the link to the Youtube video I previously sent. I think the video probably helped a lot to show them exactly what I was doing and what I was experiencing. Prior to them watching my video they were having trouble understanding the problem.
I was actually glad when I called them and was talking to them on the phone, that I was sitting next to a PC with my flashcal next to me. The problem was that it was a work PC where I didn't have the ignition software installed. They patiently waited on the phone while I downloaded the Ignition software from their site and installed it.
So my advise, go into the tech support call prepared with the following items.
1. Uploaded a video to Youtube that they can view to see what is not working properly.
2. Make sure you're sitting next to a PC with your Flashcal/Traildash with their PC software installed, and your SC device plugged in to the USB port.
3. Call and be prepared to wait on hold for an hour.
Received mine today, connected gateway gizmo & Bluetooth unit, loaded app on phone & got everything synced. Went straight to "crawl" screen. Bumped rpms up a few hundred, put it in gear & tried to crawl, it dropped back down to factory idle speed. Several attempts, same result. Can't imagine why anyone would want 100 rpm increment adjustable idle speed & not drive with it. Prior to new guys with new jeeps & outerspace electronic junk that doesn't belong on a vehicle, a hand throttle was a very common sense item to have, farm tractors, off road equipment & jeeps, set hand throttle where needed & keep your feet on the floor, so you don't goose the throttle with every bump you hit.
Then......now with my app loaded phone 1 foot away from the Bluetooth receiver plugged into the DLC, it will not connect. Deleted & reloaded app a few times, so i could go through the start up & connect process again, nothing. East coast tech support closed of course.
