Superchips Flashcal Engine Idle adjust?

Superchips Flashcal Engine Idle adjust?
Anyone else see this problem on their Flashcal? When I adjust the Engine Idle adjust, it adjusts the RPM to the setting I selected. However, it only stays there for 5 seconds and then the engine goes back to the stock 700 RPM.
I've had to use this feature a couple times now and both times I see the same thing. It doesn't keep the engine idle setting, thus making this feature useless.
I was going to contact SC but before I do, I wanted to understand is this just a limitation of the Flashcal vs the Flashpaq or is this some kind of bug?
I have a 2009 JKU.

I have a flash cal but have never used this feature, having a six speed I can ride in neutral and raise the idle manually.
It is odd that it will just return to 700 without staying at least a few minutes.

Yeah, I wanted to use it for winching the 1st time so I'm setting it while parked. Yesterday, I was bleeding my cooling system and figured that would be another good use to raise the Idle RPM's while I was burbing the system but it only stays for 5 seconds in the adjusted position.
My winching will mostly involve me outside of the vehicle, so I don't have the option of riding the skinny pedal.

When you press the "ok" for it to adjust, and it then raises, don't hit anything. It should be a screen with 2 options on it, I can't remember exactly what they say, but leave it on that screen and the rpms will remain where you set them. I have my idle set at 1000. I just leave my superchips set on that screen and plugged in all the time. It's much smoother starting out with a 6 speed as opposed to the 600.

I took a video with my cell phone today, to show what I'm seeing.
I'm definitely not getting the cycling every 10 seconds as described. I'm getting adjust setting, it adjusts to that setting for about 5 seconds and then goes back to the stock 700RPM by itself.
Here it is for your viewing pleasure.

There's one of these for sale close to me so I started checking into the part number and I came across a few mentions of where people were returning the tuner and even getting it warrantied out for not holding the setting. Examples I saw were tire size but it's probably similar. The superchips team was pretty good with support when I had questions on my 3875, hopefully they can get your tuner squared away.

Thanks for the heads up. That was my next step and was the reason I decided to post a video of the problem so I could send them a link if needed instead of having to go back and forth with them explaining to me the proper steps for them to determine if I was doing something wrong or not.
