Default Superchips Flashpaq

I've been thinking of purchasing a Superchips Flashpaq for my JK. Seems like the only problem is they are not making one for the 2010 model....
I was also wondering if anyone has installed one on a completely stock JK, and what type of results they got? I did a search but most folks are modded.

There are lots of people that have the Flashpaq on pretty much stock vehicles. Even those who have both exhaust and intake upgrades only modestly increase performance. That said, your performance gain is going to be in line with what others have achieved, even without any bolt on parts.

What I would also really like to know if it made a big difference in the shift points on the 87 octane install? I know my auto likes to not shift right away and sometimes just drags unless you really get in the gas. I'm not worried about gas mileage because I average 18.5 city 21.1 on highway.......

The best part is you will be able to engage your locker in 4 hi. I dont know about the shift points yet as mine shows up tommorrow. If its like any other programmer it usually makes a difference.

Yes it made a "noticeable" difference in the shift points in mine. Not because there is an actual setting where you can change the shift points, but because I was able to calibrate for larger tires, which in turn helps out the shifting.

x2. It makes a noticeable difference on the shift points regardless of the octane tune.

It is worth waiting for the Flaspaq.

That's funny, they told me the first of the year...

I honestly don't think they know when they're going to come out with an update.

Hypertech has already come out with at least a beta version.

I'm waiting on mine too, ordered it last Thursday. I have an air intake, and will probably do exhaust in the near future. Looking forward to using the flashpak!!

Works nice, trans shifts better and feels better all the way around. I have mine for 7 months now and is the best thing I have bought for it so far!!
