Give them a call. I've owned two of these for two different JKs... we have a full house. Every time I've called them, I have gotten an to an actual person. Every time.
So, I'm not sure what is going on... Have you checked the number you are calling, made sure you were calling during business hours?
Even got them to write programing to my specifications.

I will second this. They even call me back to let me know my special programming is ready or they need more info from my programmer. Actually going through this right now. People don't like to call these days and expect email or pm on forums to work for everything and then bash companies when they don't hear back.

Might be why I keep having to purchase it and keep updating my flashpaq with it.

FYI for others. I originally had my jeep tuned with a flashpaq and it got stolen. Bought a new one and it said my jeep programming was not stock and gave me an error. Called superchips and they are building me a custom stock file from the info pulled from my programmer so I can update the flashpaq with the new stock file and then I will be able to continuing programming my jeep. So if anyone else has had this issue they can help you out.

This is only for the 2014's then?

It would be kinda humorous if they broke it for all the previous years too. (I only say that because I don't have a flashpaq anymore...)

they did say that they are working on it... but in my search, some people were complaining about this issue since the beginning of the year... Im hoping on driving it around some and eventually shutting off the warning light.

I have a 2013 so I assume that it does'nt work for the 2014.... the 2014 seems more temperemental than the 2013 though.

On a side note... the 87 octane tune is very nice. Noticeable power right off the bat.... but, I dont like the jerky throttle response @3000 rpm (I have a manual). There is an option to play around with the throttle response and hopefully I can smooth it out some. Ill play with this option tomorrow.

Some people have had to drive for a half hour or so, or waited until the next day for it to turn off.

You don't need to download the offroad tpms program to lower the threshold as the op has done. Only to disable it.

Mine works off and on. I have it set to 22psi and it will usually start to work after about a week. Then, after a few weeks it will stop working for about a week. Or, if I air way down for offroad, it has to go through the week long cycle. Irritating!

Any updates on disabling the.tpms completely on the 2014s. My 3872 is good. I'm happy with the tranny shift points but bummed I can't turn that stupid light off. 22psi? Blah!
